Your first visit is a great time for us to sit down and get to know each other. We want to know everything about you, including where you work, what your hobbies are, and all about your family. You are not just another patient to us at Chamblee Orthodontics. You are a friend and valuable member of our orthodontic family.
We also need to know, of course, all about your dental and medical history, any medications you are taking, any fears or concerns you may have, and what your goals are. Then together, we will come up with a customized treatment plan to help get you there. You can find your New Patient Forms located below so you can fill them out before your first visit. We are happy to accept many major insurance plans, although many insurance plans, unfortunately, don’t offer orthodontic benefits for adults. If you need help understanding your benefits, we would be happy to walk you through the details.
If you don’t have insurance that covers orthodontics, we also offer financing options to help make treatment more affordable for you. Easy application, low interest rates, and flexible payment plans make financing a great option to help you get the care you need today and pay off your balance in a way that works with your budget and schedule.
